They also provide a range of NEC and UCloud PABX equipment, from basic cabling of complete office parks to the full installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art communication systems, offering lower communication costs through SAIC's private network. Additionally, the group offers services for building, developing, and servicing company IT requirements, from servers, computers, and notebooks to IT cabling and backbones. They also provide CCTV and Alternate Power Solutions. Rental, lease, and cash options are available for all the services provided.

In addition, SAIC’s property portfolio hosts luxurious coastal properties as well as African Explorer, a reserve with over 800 hectares of unspoiled bush in the majestic Waterberg. African Explorer currently accommodates up to 120 guests and is perfect for corporate teambuilding, weddings and romantic getaways.
